I am a creative problem solver ready to take on any challenge. My job is simple: clearly communicate, analyze the problem, and then bring ideas to life with style and skill. In other words, I make our clients look good while visually communicating their message. My expertise encompasses a range of disciplines, including corporate identity, web design, motion graphics, and illustration. Working both as an in-house designer and a freelancer I have a proven track record of success, having collaborated with renowned brands such as Disney, Wizards of the Coast, Summit Racing, and Industrial Finishes.

J.L. knows how to find and develop creative talent. At Rushlight, he has built the perfect environment to produce high quality work for clients around the Northwest. Aside from two decades working at the intersection of business development and public affairs, J.L. brings deep experience in survey research, data analysis and focus groups. In a world where marketing and creative rely evermore on data, Rushlight puts his skills to work.

Erin keeps our numbers in line. Rushlight benefits from Erin’s extensive experience, having previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for Oregon Business and Industry, as well as serving Public Affairs Counsel and the Oregon Association of Realtors. Erin is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, tax reports, and financial statements.
